COVID 19 PERSONAL RISK ASSESSMENT 

Our National Association, The Third Age Trust, has recommended that each member undertake a personal Risk Assessment prior to participating in any FU3A Group activity. This includes the following advice:

1. Always comply with the latest Government advice

2. Review your personal health circumstances and refer to the NHS
website for guidance if you are in a vulnerable category

3. Consider the risk category of other members of your household

4. Do not participate in Group activities if you display any of the symptoms of Covid 19 which include a continuous cough, high temperature and loss of taste or sense of smell.

It is expected that members will be double vaccinated unless medically
exempt or have taken a current Covid 19 test with negative result.
